1. Provider

2. Use of the app

Trackix is a tool for planning, recording and reviewing workouts. You are responsible for using the app lawfully, safely and in a way that fits your physical condition.

3. No medical or professional advice

Trackix does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, personal training advice or safety clearance for exercises. Suggestions, notes or summaries are general aids and do not replace advice from physicians, trainers or other qualified professionals.

4. Health and risk

Exercise can involve risks. Stop training if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or other warning signs. Discuss health questions with qualified professionals before training. You use Trackix at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

5. Data, iCloud and Apple Health

You decide which data you enter in Trackix and which Apple permissions you grant. iCloud sync, Apple Health, Apple Watch, Live Activities and App Store transactions are provided through Apple technologies and may depend on your Apple ID, device, operating system, network and settings.

6. In-app purchases and subscriptions

If Trackix offers paid features, in-app purchases or subscriptions, the terms shown at purchase and the rules of the Apple App Store apply. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled in iOS settings.

7. Support

Trackix is provided without a staffed support desk. There is no guaranteed response time and no entitlement to individual assistance to the extent permitted by law. For app issues, privacy requests or legally required contact, use purposelysimple@icloud.com.

8. Availability and changes

Trackix may be changed, expanded, restricted or discontinued. Features may depend on iOS version, device, Apple services and App Store availability. There is no entitlement to permanent availability of individual features.

9. Intellectual property

The app, design, text, names and other Trackix content belong to PurposelySimple or the respective rights holders. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the app under these terms and the Apple App Store rules.

10. Liability

Trackix is provided using reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, PurposelySimple is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, training injuries, lost benefits or issues caused by incorrect use, external Apple services, device settings or network disruptions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Apple notice

Apple is not a party to these terms. Download, purchase and use through the App Store are also subject to Apple's applicable terms.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when Trackix, legal requirements or App Store requirements change. Continued use of the app after an update may be treated as acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
